National ‘Get Organized’ Month

FRLN’s low-key, quiet and restorative: ‘Get Organized’ Month. An opportunity to recap the last calendar year’s events from August—December. Embrace what worked well, and learn from what did not, with a cooperative plan to improve.

Also a great season to onboard new members, and help existing members learn more about the strategy and operations of FRLN. (What the military refers to as a “one up, one down” team structure model.) And lastly, a quiet to time for reflection and to shift focus toward the Spring & Summer events.
