ENTRENCHED MENTORSHIP Program

As the keystone to FRLN’s unique and lasting solution toward building resilient community sentinels, the Entrenched Mentorship Program (EMP) encompasses our specific Knee in the Dirt Entrenched Mentorship Mentality® coupled with a monthly commitment to local area high schools and their community.

FRLN Mentors and Ambassadors work closely with parents and school staff to be regularly present in the needs of our mentored youth. FRLN aims to be an attentive school resource advocate for young people. Our liaisons work with classrooms and coaches to help students prepare for professional careers in Public Safety through innovative and custom-tailored curricula built specifically for the modern public safety prospect.

Building trust through competence, empathy, and consistent presence are the keys to our approach.

The Entrenched Mentorship Program (EMP) will launch in multiple states
the Fall of 2024, after all Mentor+ Groups are onboarded with requisite FRLN background checks, ethos agreement and volunteer member expectations; and inboarded with the Team Welcoming Process and requisite preparation and training to foster their assigned mentees and school staff.

Interested off-duty first responders and community members are encouraged to start your onboarding/inboarding process today, by visiting our green
