Our journey began with a group of dedicated Firefighters, Police Officers, EMS Providers, and 911 Dispatchers all united by our shared vision for a safer future, we formed First Responder Liaison Network (FRLN) – a non-profit organization dedicated to addressing the modern recruitment, retention, and mentorship needs in public safety. With experiences ranging from 5 to over 30 years, our mentors offer deep insight and hands-on knowledge to every student they guide.
